This place only takes healthy patients. At intake I told the counselor I’d been hospitalized once a year for the past five years. Without even seeing me in person she determined I needed comprehensive care which she said they don’t do. Funny thing, I was a patient at the University of Florida’s outpatient psychiatric clinic for 14 years. This decision makes me skeptical of the training the residents are receiving at VCU Medical School.
