Everytime I come here everyone is so nice. I absolutely love my Doctor, Dr. Sarah Mears and her nurse. Everytime I go in I'm treated like part of the "family", very sweet, kind and professional. I feel like my doctor really listens to me and is straight forward about my care to find solutions.The facility is very thorough and clean. No matter if I get my blood drawn, EKG everyone I encounter is amazing. If I could give more stars I would!
My daughter was seen on two occasions. During our first visit, I sensed negative vibes; they did not take the time to adequately explain anything regarding my daughter's allergies. A year later, during our second visit, my 2-year-old daughter was required to have blood drawn. She remained very still, yet the nurse attempted to draw her blood twice without success. I’m so tired of getting notices from VCU to check in only to find out that this location doesn’t use them. After having filled everything out I went up to the front desk only to be told this. And you can tell by her attitude that she could care less after asking her why not. If that’s the case VCU then stop sending me those constant messages to check in electronically. It’s extremely annoying.
If I could give zero stars I would. Please pay attention to the multiple low reviews of Dr. Jennings. Do not waste your time with a doctor like Jennings who does not care for patient health!! He simply wants money by forcing constant “yearly check ups” but never caring if there is actually something wrong. He pushes personal bias through shaming you on vaccines and personal medical choices. Rather than sharing medical advisement he is condescending. The water was out in Richmond so the downtown office was directing people to other offices the young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful and Melinda was very kind as well I don't recall the ladies up fronts names I wish I did so I could give them recognition as well
