If I could give zero stars I would. Please pay attention to the multiple low reviews of Dr. Jennings. Do not waste your time with a doctor like Jennings who does not care for patient health!! He simply wants money by forcing constant “yearly check ups” but never caring if there is actually something wrong. The water was out in Richmond so the downtown office was directing people to other offices the young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful and Melinda was very kind as well I don't recall the ladies up fronts names I wish I did so I could give them recognition as well
Dr Jennings has an inability to LISTEN to patients symptoms and concerns and comes in with an arrogance that makes it difficult to express what the problem is because he is talking over you the whole time. And is halfway out the door before you can ask questions. Totally unhelpful. You must stand up for yourself.
We just went in for labs and the girl at the desk was incredibly rude… she came with attitude looking for drama!!
If you're a patient of VCU and don't like going downtown for routine stuff this is where I go for my labs. I have not used any of their other services but I know they have physicians working out of this office as well. Highly recommend.
