The people who pick up calls have a really bad attitude
It’s somewhat OK communication could be better. They don’t pick up the phone as they should. I’ve had to call back numerous of times to get through. It’s a few things that needs to be worked on, but overall they’re getting the job done with helping what I need for my granddaughter.
Fani at the receptionist desk was very rude. I was quoted one price and told a different one at check-out by over $100.00. She was snickering and whispering about me -Very unprofessional. I have been driving from Williamsburg to VCU for over 20 years for my children and have always paid! Fani was talking down to me and loudly so that everyone in the waiting area could hear. She should not work the desk if she can not be professional.
Front desk people always very rude specially the Hispanic girl ..No smile ,very argumentative and has no communication skill ,it's like she hates her job. Today I end up going there after waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to return my call.
