I was a new commercial real estate owner in 2022 and believed that choosing a real estate broker who was a Leadership Frederick member as well as a rotary president would be a trustworthy real estate person. I was wrong. My new tenant was sweet and responsible. She wanted a 3 year contract with me. Great. After the lease was signed she told me that the VCRE real estate person told her, and I quote, “Don’t worry. Laila will do anything I tell her to do.
