My boyfriends mom Lucille has been trying to get a hold of Ida at this company for at least 2 months. She has to take care of her brother who is disabled. This company is suppose to be supplying someone to help her with him since she is 72 herself. Ida the manager refuses to call her back. No one at the company will help with anything. I think she needs to file a legal complaint against the company. This company will not return calls unless they think it is worth their time and you qualify for 40 hours a week help.
