Anastasia DeGroat of Vcorp Services, LLC is the greatest! We had an issue with one of our client's out of state corporations becoming unexpectedly dissolved. The issue was tied up in some bureaucracy. She dug into the issue. Found the problem. And, guided us into getting it all quickly corrected and that corporation reinstated.
