So disappointed with what this club has become. Ability no longer seems to be a factor as to team or playing time, but rather who your family is, the connections they have, who the coaches like or don't like and the politics involved in the volleyball world. VCN has really lost their way from their initial mission by hiring biased coaches with zero communication skills. I will never sign my daughter up for vcn volleyball again. The whole team treated her very poorly.Coaches very unprofessional. Didn't let a couple of the players play for numerous games.
