I had an excellent experience with VCM from the very beginning. From my initial sales enquiry through to visiting the showroom, the team was incredibly helpful and attentive. They took the time to walk me through a range of machines, thoroughly explaining the features and benefits of each option. Francesco went above and beyond to help us replace our Bialetti 2 cup stovetop which was damaged in transit from Sydney, even offering courier delivery to our hotel!!
