Great coffee while we were served, definitely recommend for machines used & new.
Sadly this business has no regard for Quality assurance or completing tasks. Over $1600 in repair and 'service' costs and my machine is still suffering from the same issues. Similar to the last service, return to get the issue fixed, another $100 fee before we will look at it, couldn't be our fault, oh look we need more parts. It might be acceptable if the machine was fixed, but not even testing it before taking the customers money???
Great honest old fashioned service from VCM! Fixed our 8yo Delonghi automatic machine without making the repairs more than what was required. Definitely be back next time. Thanks team, appreciate it
