Saved our machine when we needed it most!
Brandon has been amazing to deal with while we were organizing a new supplier for our chai and choc powder. He was clear and upfront right from the start and even though they didn't have our preferred choc powder in stock, he sourced it promptly and now has it in for future orders. When I asked for an update, he was quick to respond letting me know he was finding out where the choc powder was and then how soon we would receive it.
