He always takes the time to make sure I'm satisfied with his service. An issue our firm sees as a major IT problem is only a minor hiccup to them. Roy is very personanable, knowledgeable and master of his trade. I worked him for a home wifi network setup which had access points etc. Roy was able to diagnos and resolve key issues in a very timely and professional manner.
