I have never had a worse experience purchasing a car. Bought a one year old Escalade from them that was filthy when they delivered it. Had an expired odid so couldn’t register it and was supposed to get a second key for it and still haven’t received that. I would never purchase a car from this dealership again. Beware.
Our experience with Van Cadillac was exceptional. We flew in from North Dakota the night before to pick up this vehicle. It was ready, and the whole process went very quickly and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone when looking for a new vehicle.
Entire team was great and very easy to work with. Entire process went extremely smoothly. They got me the apr % I needed. They were transparent with all information about the vehicle and with the terms I needed without having to haggle. Calvin, Michael, Herschel, and Xavier were all wonderful to work with and all very friendly and personable. Wonderful experience all around. I was very impressed with the team there and was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.
