I been coming here over 4 years now. VCD is Best Machnic shop in the DMV. I get all cars fix here. Customer service is on point, quality works, and friendly staff as well. Trust me Santos and his team will definitely take care of you for sure.
The female receptionist is changing how people look at this shop. She quote me $510 to replace a part but when I call back to confirm the appointment and that I’ll bring my own part, she told me it’ll be $600. I made her aware of the original quote she gave me on paper. Instead of apologizing she said well it’s not $510 it’s $530 due to taxes. Thats still far from $600 lady! She gives bad customer service, inconsistent pricing and a ripoff.
I’ve been to this auto repair shop twice and both times they did great work with great pricing. The receptionist is knowledgeable and provided me with all the information.
