the medical assistants are always great. they forgot to come and do my flu shot, but the only problem i had is with one of the doctors. I felt as if she thought it was ridiculous that i was coming in and checking to make sure nothing was wrong with my heart. she had a smirk in her face like she was laughing at me for thinking something was even wrong. just made me feel stupid. i just never get a good vibe from this lady. just really weird. as if i was wasting her time. i never ever complain but this really through me off.
I absolutely love VCC on Grapevine. Everyone across the board- from the front desk staff, the assistants, and the physicians have been so sweet! I recently had an appointment that I canceled by mistake & didn’t realize it (I would have been completely fine rescheduling, seeing as it was my mistake) but when I showed up they worked their magic and got me seen immediately! Avoid doctor Christopher Pudol. He is arrogant, rude and dismissive. I could go on but I am trying to be nice. Apparently he is accepting new patients, my guess is because he can’t keep his current ones. Do yourself a favor and skip this winner.
I have used Vista Comm. Clinic since a stoke, 15 years ago, than A- Fib, Graves Disease, Blood Pressure, and every my illness, and after care for Cancer. Am seen many doctors, some impressive others yuk. I see Cynthia Clark NP and far the best on the team. She cares, listens, attentive and treats you with respect.
