The administers are not efficient or concerned about the patient. The doctors however8 are great. The acupuncturist is excellent, dental is good, optomologist is very good. As for the counselors , don't waste your time. The chiropractors excellent. Parking is often difficult so leave plenty of time to hunt for a space. Difficult to get through to any department by phone, as it is almost all a.i. robots, very difficult to reach a human and long times on hold. Not an efficient system.
Very friendly in and out no. Stress free. Did my check in online seen in two min after arriving fifteen min before apt very professional and helpful with my health and concern. Wouldn't go any where else
My Accupuncturist is here, Dr Phil Gallo. Greatly appreciate that VCC offer this health service.
