I cannot express enough gratitude for the care my grandmother received at VCare Retirement Home. During a very chaotic and difficult time in our family, the team at VCare provided not only support, but genuine compassion and stability. My grandma stayed here while we were on vacation for a few months and she loved her time there! They’re accommodating for each of their residents and make sure the family’s needs are heard. It made our vacation more enjoyable knowing she was in good hands. My grandma still talks about the friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for your elderly family members

Very rude to everyone! They recently opened new branches, and when I called them around 8 in the morning for an inquiry, the staff shouted at me for calling early. Such unprofessional and rude behaviour! They clearly don’t know how to deal with clients, and I’m honestly concerned about how they would treat the seniors in their care.
