Dr. Diaz & Mariah (nurse who took my cat’s vitals) were so helpful and had incredible bedside manner. Mariah was super friendly. Dr. Diaz didn’t rush through my appointment and she genuinely listened to all of my questions and concerns, which is so hard to find in the Bay Area! I’m so happy my girl is in good hands and back to the vet where we first took her to get her vaccines right after we adopted her. I took my two cats in today for wellness checks and updates on three vaccines. It wasn't cheap, but here I am realizing that my cats got better healthcare—more attention, time, care, curiosity, and clear explanations, from both a doctor and a technician—in an hour today than I've gotten in the past year from my PCP.
