The staff here is super helpful and friendly! I love this place. It's more expensive than some other places but they're worth it.
My family and I have been visiting Willow Mill for many years. Having special needs pets for quite a few of those years, I have always been thankful for Dr. Richards' expertise. She achieves the perfect balance of care by being compassionate and understanding, yet honest and realistic with expectations. I value her knowledge and experience - and hope she never retires! Thank you to the staff (techs, assistants and reception) for being friendly, patient and understanding.
Willow Mill Vet is wonderful. Dr. Tom Munkittrick was so kind to me and my husband as we worked to determine what was plaguing our kitty, Anabelle. When the diagnosis, sadly, was cancer, Dr. Tom was especially kind and compassionate to us and Anabelle, calling me multiple times to answer my questions. I was 9 months pregnant and Dr. Tom was so gentle with me in expressing his care for our whole family. The staff are really nice and they take really good care of your pets. And they follow up with a phone call after the visit to see how your pet is doing.

Huge thanks to Dr. Renee Richards and her staff. I came in for an office visit last week with my min pin who has a MAJOR attitude and my 17 month daughter. Needless to say we were a huge package to handle and these girls did it all with patience, professionalism and smiles on their faces. Thank you so much!!!! You are truly the best!!!!
Careful! You are taking your pet's life into your hands if you come here, and not in a good way! Firstly they're totally happy to lie to you in order to keep milking your wallet, even if it endangers your pet's health. Example: After two days of pricey oxygen treatment I was told that my cat needed an echo-cardiogram and the closest place that could do that was University of Pennsylvania, and there was no way he would survive such a long trip so I should just put him down sin...Continue Reading
