We have taken 5 pets to VCA over the years and they've been absolutely wonderful. So compassionate during times of illness and when we have had to say goodbye, and so quick to welcome us right over when we have puppies with worms or any kind of distress. I highly recommend them!

My dog hurt his paw for the third time (he’s already been seen there, on 2 separate occasions), so I drove up there to see if they could give me the same meds....she told me she’ll have to call me, so she called & said no (that he has to be seen). I asked if I could bring him in today, she said no, that they were booked. So I asked if they could give me 2 days worth of meds, until I could bring him in Monday (she said no)....so now my poor dog has to suffer, until Monday.
