VCA Westboro didn’t have the meds they prescribed in stock so I ordered it online. VCA refused to approve the prescription unless I would order in their overpriced own online store. Their shipping takes forever and my cat would have run out of his meds if I would have waited. I begged them to please either pick up the phone and call in the prescription or fax it in, they refused. RecommendedThey were very kind and the place was very clean and comfortable. I had the hardest time finding someone who was even able to take care of my amazing little hamster but they were fantastic!!!
Our vet is great. She takes a lot of time with our dog and explains everything to me.
We absolutely love VCA Westborough. We first found them due to sad circumstances when we had to put both of our 13 year old cats to sleep within a few months. We were devastated, but every single person at the office from the desk to the techs and especially Dr. Dalamangas treated us with compassion and patience while guiding us through a difficult decision.
