I love taking our dog here. The entire staff is friendly, caring and extremely competent! We first found out about them after just moving to the area and having our dog get lose and hit by a car. One of the staff saw him along the road and took his body to VCA and then contacted us. We are extremely grateful for that! They took care of cremation, free of charge!
Visited today with my new puppy! We saw Dr. Favorito and our technician was Mike. I really appreciated Mike interacting with my kids (I brought along a 1 year old and 3.5 year old) as well as our new dog. Dr. Favorito is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Went ahead with all of her recommendations and will definitely be back again!
About 2 months ago I came home late from work and found that one of my fur-kids was really sick. West Shore was open late so I called and they got us right in. I had been using a vet from where I use to live but was surprised to find that Dr Richards was now here. The Veterinarians are great but the support team and office staff they have are truly what makes this facility great. As a first time dog owner, this was the first veterinarian office I have been to (by myself) that has made me feel comfortable! The staff are kind hearted, and they didn't make you feel like a number. They made the experience easy, and very informative because they kept me in the loop and explained everything perfectly - so I could understand it. The prices are a little up there, but I would rather go somewhere and spend more money and have the politeness of that office - than to go somewhere visibly unkempt, spend less mone... read more
Just an awesome group of individuals who really care about pets and show tremdous compassion during difficult times.
Caring staff, quick service. I take both my chameleons and cat there regularly. It's so nice they accept reptiles.
I had to have my beautiful feline companion of 16 years put down. The doctor here who had to deal with me was not only professional but an absolute angel to us. She will never know what her compassion meant to me that day.
