The VCA Wellington Hospital in Newtown Square offered and charged our daughter $70 for a Rabies shot, which was already covered at the SPCA when we bought her a new kitten. The Manager there said they were given my contact info from the SPCA and the kitten's medical records, except the one that stated a rabies shot was already covered and scheduled.
