RecommendedThis was my first time boarding my pup and everything was spectacular. I was sent photos/updates on how she was doing and the staff was very friendly and professional. I also price compared with other facilities and found that VCA was the most affordable and by far the most well maintained facility in the area. Highly recommend!

I definitely would recommend this place as our dog was having some issues and when I called and spoke to Cory not sure on spelling but he was fantastic and got us in for an appointment the same day the staff and doctors were amazing and we will definitely be going back here!! My Benji loves it.. Staff is friendly & professional.. They all really care about you & your fur baby!! Big thanks to Bobbi in grooming for taking over Benji’s grooming!! Benji looks awesome.. Cory is amazing always greeting us.. The whole staff is top notch and I really appreciate all they do for my Benji.
The staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. They really do love working with animals. The facility is always clean and organized. I’m very happy they are my dog’s vet!!
The staff is warm and caring! We are pleased with the level of service and care from the front of the house to the Doctors and Associates. This is a five-star clinic and experience every visit! Kudos!
Support rescues and allow rescue vets to call in prescriptions for special foods so nearby fosters can pick up at Wellington and not have to drive across Counties to pick up at rescue Vet. I was told this would not be permitted unless I used Wellington as my vet for the animal!!! The rescue vet is well established but fosters are all over Delaware and Chester county volunteering to provide temp homes for animals as the recover and learn to trust again. I took my dog Jax here for his first well visit and grooming. The staff is very kind and welcoming and the groomer did a great job!
I love the Family Pet Resort!! I have a rescue who has a lot of trust and anxiety issues, and the staff who take care of him while I work are absolutely phenomenal!! They take his issues into consideration and are willing to work with us on the training issues we are addressing as well as any medical issues that come up. When I need to board him, I feel perfectly comfortable that he gets the best care and love from the staff, which makes being away much easier. Care has really gone downhill since VCA has taken over. Getting all my pets records and going elsewhere. It isn’t about the animals anymore it is about how much money they can extort from you. Sad a great place went down the tubes.
