Dr Peterson and the staff at VCA have been almost like family the last few months. They took such good care of Baxter and when it was time to put him down, they made the whole experience as peaceful as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for loving Baxter and taking such good care of him.
At first I was put off by the expense and the misquote of the original payment. After caring for my dog and calling almost every day to check his well being over a 10 day or so period, having us bring him back for more fluids and just the extra care he received at no charge after the initial charge, I am very happy with the care he received. The doctor was very kind and caring.
Thank you all for being so pleasant and professional, Dr Jennifer just called to check up on my Bixby and that really means a lot... Also I did not have a carrier for my kittie so they gave me one... Outstanding service!
Love the girls, doctors r wonderful I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants quality and compassion all wrapped up in one. Great job to all who work there.
The VCA has been our animal hospital for years....and I am particular when I take my pets in......and who I take them to, more than myself....They are professional, caring, intuitive and passionate about the animals in their care. Dr. Bauman has always listened first and really connected to my pets over the years, whether they wanted to connect with him or not! Hoss and now Echo are glad to be their patients....love all the staff, especially Jackie and Joan......!
