About a month ago I called for shots for our adult dog because we were picking up a new puppy at the end of September. The receptionist was very rude and short saying that they were only doing vaccinations for puppies and they were not doing regular boosters. Called again this week for the puppies vaccination and I was told they only had one day at the end of the month and in the middle of the week. Again, very rude and short. RecommendedWe've been going to Mesa Veterinary Clinic for many many years. Sadly, our 18 year old cat Jasmine passed away approximately 3 years ago - not sure of the exact time - they we're wonderful to her while she was very ill. She had cancer. When it came time for her passing they took care of everything in a very dignified manner. they have a beautiful package oh, and we brought her ashes home in a gorgeous little cherry wood box. I am very disappointed in VCA Mesa in Victorville, CA. I am a long time client (over 10 years) and after having my newest pet at the emergency hospital over the weekend, I called for a follow up appointment. I was told that nothing was available for the next month and even then she could not book an appointment because she did not have the schedule yet for the following month.
