I have been to many veterinarians over the years and I have NEVER been disrespected the way my husband and I were this evening. I was spoken to in a very condescending manner by the vet, Dr. Beal, when I was trying to ask questions about sedation that she said my pet required. I left the hospital shaking because I was so upset. It is very unfortunate because I have had positive experiences with Dr. Dudley before, but I will never set foot in this office again.
They are wonderful. Dr. Beal loves our baby kitty and gives her the best care. It's obvious that she loves animals.
It was very kind of you to send me a sympathy card for the loss of my cat -- Boo. Treatment/ diagnosis was kind and caring from the start . I will miss him.... Jeff Bates
I think they are unfriendly and uncaring they put the ability to pay their number one concern not the pet...the staff was demeaning to me and I will never go there again if I could I'd give them no stars....
Turco is the best. They take excellent care of our dogs. And one of our dogs just had major surgery at another location. He's doing well but we still have to go to work so we asked Turco if they do daycare and for a very reasonable price they watch over our precious pup. My wife and I can sleep and go to work easier because of the great people of Turco.
