This is the best vet experience I've ever had. Extremely thorough and just awesome. I also give you a free preventative for heartworms fleas and ticks on their first visit and the first visit is free if you're a new client.
All the staff here is incredible. They attended my cat super efficiently without any fear mongering at a super affordable price. He was diagnosed and treated with so much care and compassion. This will be my primary vet from here on out.
Great team! They took amazing care of my dog, Max! The hospital practices high quality medicine. Dr. Watson, Marianne, the nurses and front desk staff were all very nice and welcoming! We have been bringing our pets here for years, but are now switching to a new vet. VCA Timberlyne used to have great service, but it has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. I'm not sure what happened... maybe budget constraints from the VCA corporate office? Good luck getting anyone on the phone and if you do, be prepared to deal with someone who clearly doesn't want to be there or to be talking to people.
