Great team! They took amazing care of my dog, Max! The hospital practices high quality medicine. Dr. Watson, Marianne, the nurses and front desk staff were all very nice and welcoming! The hospital is also beautiful! Newly remodeled and will be state-of-the-art facility! Highly recommend! Thanks VCA Timberlyne!
We have been bringing our pets here for years, but are now switching to a new vet. VCA Timberlyne used to have great service, but it has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. I'm not sure what happened... maybe budget constraints from the VCA corporate office? Good luck getting anyone on the phone and if you do, be prepared to deal with someone who clearly doesn't want to be there or to be talking to people. My cat has been having physicals and treatments from here in past two years. Very professional and very nice team! My cat started with bad spray wounds, ringworm, and then heartworm. And now she is very healthy!
Everyone made the 1st visit a good experience. This is the best place for your animal's needs.
Took my pet there back in April. Vet gave her prednisone and apoquil. 100 dollars for the apoquil which didn't work.they said this is a trial for 2 weeks. I'm like what so they just wanted more money that's all that was about. I wouldn't recommend no one to take their pet there. These people are all about money. Over the years at the unnecessary money These people have gotten out of me makes me literally sick to my stomach. If you want good care for your pet you might want to go elsewhere.
