Our cat had a number of health issues over the years and VCA Texas Corners took such good care of her and spent the time to find helpful treatments and alternatives. When it came to having to say goodbye this week, members from the team came in to say goodbye and tell us how much they enjoyed Catty over the years. This meant so much! Dr. Brett and co. have been absolutely phenomenal, they go above and beyond every time we are in. Thank you all so much for all you have done for our pets.
My parents had an emergency with their dog and their regular vet’s office was closed. They were so thorough and compassionate! We left with meds in hand , but as soon as we got home the dog was failing. We rushed back to the vet’s office and determined it was time to let our little girl go. The team from the staff at the front desk, to the vet, to the rest of the staff were kind and compassionate. This place is special. I’ve never felt so heard and part of the conversation with the care of my dog. The entire care team is so loving and caring. From the time you walk in, to the discussion with the tech, to your time with the veterinarian, you are completely cared for.
