Horrible experience at this location for my mother as well as my 5-year-old golden doodle Wrangler!!! Ana the assistant and Melissa the front desk representative provided horrible customer service. Their attitude was very nasty, unprofessional and lacked simple customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location with my fur baby in the future based on the service they provided. Brought my rescue here for their free examination after adoption. I kind of feel like they aren’t as attentive with these, as they would be standard or “paying” visits and it felt a bit rushed although I was the only one there. I didn’t really get much education about caring for my pet and when I got home realized there was more I should have asked about such as seasonal shedding and anal gland expressing. Very friendly staff and veterinarian. Welcoming environment helpful. Highly recommend.
Awful staff, the doctor didn't even bother to call me with the blood work results. This was the first time and last time I would take my cats here. If you love your pets, don't go to this hospital.
