We went to pick up our dog yesterday from boarding and everything was close!!! Where is our dog in where is the person that is supposed to be taking care of my dog?????? This is incredible!!!
The people here are awesome! You can tell that they truly love animals!
Our old vet retired after us going there for 25 years. I'm so glad my sister and a friend told me about this location. They are WONDERFUL! I have a very anti-social and cranky cat and they let her walk around the exam room and do whatever she wanted until it was time to actually look at her. And then they let her back down off the exam table and walk around again until it was shot time. They were so patient with her. It warmed my heart. I have 3 other pets so now I don't have to stress about where to take them anymore.
My family purchased a fur baby from a pet store and brought him into VCA for his puppy package back in July. This location has been wonderful and so helpful. Our fur baby recently got neutered and Dr. Anderson kept me posted on everything and how our fur baby was doing after surgery. The following day, Dr. Anderson contacted me to see how our fur baby was doing. Dr. Anderson and the VCA staff are so genuine, honest and caring people. I couldn’t ask for a better vet to take care of our fur baby!
I recently got another "fur baby" - after several years without one and have also moved here from out of state so finding a caring facility was/is primary for me. I have had my puppy in for her first shots and again for grooming and have been totally satisfied with her care. The staff are always friendly, smiling, helpful and caring!! Thus far I give the an A+!!!
The staff from the receptionist to the vet assistant/ technician were very caring. Dr. Andersen was very caring and compassionate towards myself and my 2 dogs. I would highly recommend VCA Spring
They took very good care of my baby. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
