From the moment I walked into this facility I knew I had found the right place for my sweet new Shih Tzu puppy. Grace was very relaxed the entire time, which was a huge deal for me. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring, you just felt good about being there. The facility is clean & very well maintained as well. My son recommended this hospital to me for my baby chihuahua that had ear infections. Dr. Shoemaker was awesome, and he even took the time to do a follow-up call! I am so glad to have found this hospital, this will be where I take my baby from now on!
we are Newton North Carolina and first went to a different Clinic VCA by far is so much better then most clinics in the area it's they're just amazing. The staff is wonderful they are very nice to my dog and cats and myself. The place is cleaner than a whistle. The doctors are very very knowledgeable and kind.
I want to thank everyone that helped and worked on Teasley yesterday. Dr Newman was great and very caring and answered all of our questions. The whole staff put us at ease. Thanks again VCA!!!!!
Wonderful vet clinic! If I lived in the area I would trust all of my animals with them. I had to bring my dog here for an emergency UTI while on vacation, and they were terrific and caring. Thank you so much!
Compassion and Caring We visited VCA with my Son’s best friend Baxter of over 13 years. As the doctor tried her best to help Baxter. After two weeks we watched our beloved friend decline once again. The process to help us let Baxter cross over the Rainbow Bridge was so peaceful and he is suffering no more. Thanks VCA Staff for helping us through the most difficult decision my son ever had to make.
