Staff is always friendly in person and over the phone! I moved to Venice but still come out to this location since they do a great job with my cat’s sani-trim. Other pet groomers in the SaMo-Venice area have a hard time with my cat (he’s a manx and has a small nub tail), but VCA Santa Monica gets it done with no problem! �

I've been coming to VCA Santa Monica since I adopted my dog 2 years ago and couldn’t recommend more. They are so friendly and invested in your pet. Dr Lee has worked with me to help my dog's anxiety and also his stomach issues. His personal attention (as well as the entire staff) has been so helpful to me as a new dog owner of a pet with health issues.
