Very conscientious technologically up to date. More service than I expected. Staff is always attentive and focused on taking care of your pet.
It was a breath of fresh air going to the VCA Santa Anita Animal Hospital. We had to this facility 1 time before after we adopted a puppy from the Pasadena Humane Society. We had moved to Monrovia 6 years ago but chose to stay with our former vet, but their service had gone downhill. We saw Dr. Shaw & she spent time with us going over all of my older dog's medical issues. All of her suggestions for his care were very helpful. Dr, Nelson, Dr. Najarian are wonderful! The Staff is phenomenal, our furry babies are treated like Family!
I have been bringing my boys (2 Saint Bernards & 2 cats) to this location since we moved to the area 3 years ago. The staff, techs, and doctors here are incredible to work with. And that's the keywords here, "work with". They have always listened to my thoughts and concerns and created treatment (when needed) and wellbeing plans in tandem with me. I've had other vets in the past, and one recently in an emergency situation, that were not willing to work WITH me. That is not the case here. My boys and I will miss everyone here... read more

I have been taking Zoey to VCA since she was 4 months old. She is now 8 years old. This place is the best and everyone is professional and caring.
Love this place! They took great care of my daisy girl. Great customer service. All the staff was very friendly.
