I AM FURIOUS AT THIS HOSPITAL THAT PULLED 5+ EXTRA TEETH EACH FROM MY TWO DOGS WITHOUT MY CONSENT AS REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT I SIGNED!! THEY KEPT BOTH DOG THERE UNTIL 9 PM AND THEN SAID AS I WAS FRANTICALLY WAITING FOR THE SECOND DOG " I HAVE SOME BAD NEWS" ( SAID 3 TIMES) I BROKE INTO TEARS!! THEY SAID OH NO... YOU OWE US MORE MONEY FOR THE TEETH WE DIDNT BILL YOU FOR!! THEY ARE MAKING EXCUSES TO JUSTIFY THIS! They are amazing. Helpful. Very accommodating. Only been going here for 9 mo with my pup Hailey but am very impressed so far .
They treat animals with respect & kindness. They have a private room that is lit with candles, blankets etc... that is very peaceful when it’s time for your pet to pass on.
The staff & Dr Santoso really made me happy yesterday at my baby Chi Diva's initial appointment. EVERYONE I spoke with made me feel like they truly care about animals & love their jobs. I was nervous since I just moved back to the area to have to find a new Vet. I am so glad that my first & last choice was to VCA. 😁
I went into the office really upset over my cats medical condition. These guys were so friendly and helpful, with very reasonable medical treatment options. Zeke and I left both feeling much better. I’ve recommended these guys to my facebook friends....5 stars!
We took our pets (4 cats, 1 dog) in for check ups in preparation for travel, and we were really pleased with the care that they received! Everyone was friendly and efficient, our appointments started right on time, and even our more skittish cats were able to feel comfortable. Dr. Silverman was really terrific, and took the time to see that our questions were answered and even passed along additional information that will be useful for the care of our pets in the future.
