I’ve been a client here for over 15 years. Before COVID, the level of care and professionalism here was great. Since COVID, however, the front office’s level of triage competency has plummeted. Do not bring your pets to this hospital, they are unbelievably incompetent. Furious and outraged at the practices of this facility and there complete lack of communication with clients regarding the care of their pets.My dog has had two scheduled surgeries at VCA Holly- both for minor removal of growths. The loving care our pets have received has been top notch since the mid 1990’s. Dr Eric Christianson is the best and truly loves our pets as his own. Dr Jessica Yick has been a wonderful addition to Holly Street. The vet Techs and staff are fantastic!! Warm, welcoming, personable and professional. Our pets love going to the Vet!
