Went to high school with Dr Bill and living around the corner from the clinic on Beacon St it was a close, kind, compassionate and friendly vet clinic. Since he sold it to the VCA the place is a cold, rude, bottom dollar calculation nightmare. Last time I was there was 8 years ago to put my mother's cat to sleep. The deed was done and a bill was presented without even being asked if we wanted to say goodbye. Will never recommend this clinic to anyone. I have heard only more horror stories since my experience. Stay away.
