I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the staff and the doctor who helped us with our cat. They took us on an emergency basis and the doc spent almost an hour with us to help us make the best decision for her. From the receptionist to the technician to the doctor, it was the best experience I have had (considering the circumstances) even though I was crying through the whole thing. I also appreciate the hand written card from the doctor himself after we had to put her to sleep. Thank you again for everything.
When my beloved kitty of 18 years was ill, VCA was there to help both of us right up until the end. Recently, they treated our elderly pooch who was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. When it was her time to go, they were compassionate and wonderful with her, and took the time to talk to us about all of the options available. Just saw Dr. Brennan with my senior rat terrier. I've had dogs my entire life and I have NEVER et a more personable, well educated and allover joy of a veterinarian in all my life. I am so thankful to have been lucky enough to have her provide care for my family member this morning. And as always, the rest of the staff was helpful and friendly as well. I love VCA facilities!
Our family has been taking our pets here for longer than a lot of the staff are old. They've cared for our dogs, cats, parakeets and my teacher daughter's classroom pets. Last week we euthanized our beloved Faraday. He was 12.5. Kidney disease got the the better of him. Many heartfelt thanks to the veterinarians and technicians who helped to care for him, those we saw frequently and those who were handling things beyond the examination room.
Our family suffered a tragic loss this weekend with the passing of a beloved pet. My daughter's dog was hit by a large truck on September 15th. The accident was witnessed by Mallory, a vet tech at Rock Creek Animal hospital who stopped to give CPR. I want to say that I have never met a more compassionate and helpful staff. I would recommend this staff anytime! Thank you for stopping to help our pet, for answering the missing pet notice, and double thank you for your outstanding compassion and care.
Today I lost my sweet Charley bunny. You're entire team made it a little less hard. They were so kind and compassionate. I really appreciate it and am so thankful to you all. The gentleman that helped us this evening was just so caring. I have come to you before and will keep coming back for years to come. Thank you again.
I've been taking my cats here since they were kittens. We started at another vet but a friend recommended VCA Rock Creek and we never looked back. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Gus and Obi!
