They called me to confirm my appointment in the morning the day of, I take off work and go only to be turned away due to their building being “not up to code” they didn’t even call me to let me know or even offer to reschedule after. Terrible first impression.
It appears that there may have been some turnover at this location. However, the staff were incredibly kind. I showed up for my appointment and had the wrong week and they checked with the team to be able to fit me in, as I had an urgent need for my cats. This is the first time that I met with the vet that was on staff. He brought up information that no other vet had brought up before such as: oral hygiene and weight.
