Had my German shepherd up there twice vet told me she had heart worms her records said hook worms gave her meds sent her home she only got worse had to rush her back last night and paid $600 to just be told they didn’t know what was wrong with her and gave her meds and she died at 3 pm today I will not be taking my other two dogs back up here I use to recommended them but not anymore...

I would never take my animals to this vet ever! I received a cancer diagnosis on my dog and he didn't have cancer. The vet was literally gone 5 minutes to take x-rays and came back and said "there is no easy way to say this". I cried the whole way home. Took him for his regular appointment with another vet with his brother the following week and I asked her to examine my dog and give me her opinion not telling her what the vet at Ragland said and she came back with her laptop and we viewed the image together. All the staff there are friendly and put you and your furry friends at ease. They're prompt and courteous. My dog LOVES this office!

This is a great place to take your animals and the workers show compassion 💕 I had to bring my precious baby in for a not so good visit and they done everything they could to make me comfortable
I think it is awesome they do this! Putting smiles on faces during rough times and tragic at same time is inspiring!
They are not good at all they do. My mother is having to now bury her bird because of them. After bringing him there for the first time just for a nail clip. The tech was holding him while they were trimming the nails and when she turned to put him back in the cage she let him fly out and he hit the wall and all she could say was oops.. The vet did not even ck to see if he was ok. So after she got him home she said he screamed in pain for hours. This hospital allowed us to bring them my puppy literally in the middle of the night. They are, hands down, the best place to take pets for treatment. They are all so nice and they genuinely love animals and aren’t there just for the money. The drive to them is almost 2 hours one way for us, but I will never go anywhere else.
