Care has been great, no complaints but I think it is worth noting that they charge $25 for a nail trim and DONT TELL YOU until after... To be clear, this is not a hot stone massage and mani/pedi, this is a 2 min trim for my 6lbs dog. This may not be concerning for some, but when you don't leave without dishing out hundreds each visit, I would appreciate the courtesy of being informed of that ABSURD overcharge.
