While the girls in the front are very nice and kind, Dr. Timney is unprofessional. She was patient with us while in the office, but we had additional questions for her after she left. We let the tech know what we wanted to ask. She talked to the Dr. right outside our door and could hear what they were saying. If you’re going to talk crap about someone, make sure they are not able to hear you. Or better yet, don’t do it at all. Everybody from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors are so friendly and very approachable when it comes to talking to and getting information from. Glad I was referred to come here. One of the best decisions I ever made.
All the Doctors and staff at VCA are wonderful. I especially love Dr. Houser. They are always there for us when we need them. They treat us like family, and care a great deal about our pets as well as the owners. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you VCA for all that you do!
Great staff! The vets take time to listen to your concerns and are very compassionate too. They will take the time to explain things and are very knowledgeable. Wait time is pretty accurate, I rarely have to wait past 5 min of my appointment time. The only thing is it may take several days before I get the test results back, even though they were normal. Great place to trust in my pets' care!
I've been taking my two poodle hair balls to VCA since 2015. Let me tell you the staff delivers an outstanding and professional service. They take care of Goliath like king, he tends to get sick from his eyes all the time. Last Friday, I had an emergency with Goliath his eyes were not doing well and Dr. Salmon assisted us with no appointment. Like I said, every single person that works at VCA represents the veterinary world so professional and most importantly delivers peace of mind. � �
