Called in was going to establish care for pup .Kelsey answered the phone. She was extremely rude and short with me, I definitely will not be establishing care with VCA now, as I do not feel comfortable if they can’t even be professional with me, I can’t imagine how my pup would be treated ….
This place is amazing and very welcoming!!! My dog had an ear infection they fit us in for today and they were so so sweet to my dog. They gave us a free time first visit and a free sample of their flea and tick medicine!! The vet was so sweet to my dog and they were very gentle with him. They also explained everything in detail for us so we understood what was going on and what they were doing. I definitely recommend going to this vet office with your dog.
