I've been going here for over 20 years now. There has been joy and sadness shared The fun if a new puppy entering my life and the sadness of having to say goodbye Michelle is the best diagnostician I have ever met. She nails it every time and gets my pets back to recovery quickly. Their final visit is made more easy with grace and dignity because of Michelle. The sympathy and courtesy of her staff is if the highest standard Thank you all for the care you provide to the animals and the support you provide their owners.
VCA Palmer ANIMAL Hospital is an exceptional facility with amazing staff and drs. I highly recommend them to everyone. They truly care about their clients and treat them as if they were their own pets. �����
I've brought several of my pets to VCA Palmer Animal Hospital since I moved to western Mass 10 years ago; I would never take my fur-babies anywhere else. The vets, techs and front desk staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and always act gently with frightened animals to put them at ease. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Palmer VCA.
Not happy with service at all. Con not return phone calls comcerning dogs health and treatment. 24 hours now and no calls and comdition getting worse. Will not be bringing my dog here again...
They only care about how much money they can get from you not what the animal actually needs. I've been going here for years and have recently switched and now I see just how awful they really are.
