I used this clinic about 14 years ago. The clinic unfortunately my dog was having some problems. I used their connect to look at him that gave him some meds. I came back. I needed some help and the lady was very rude to me back then. And told me, I don't care if your dog dies.I never went back just recently. I have two different dogs now. Never take your pet here! They don't care fir your pet. They take your money and they see you just like a number of other! $$$$$
I want to preface this by saying that we love Dr. Brosky and have had nothing but positive experiences with her. She always took our concerns seriously and went above and beyond for us. The issue we had was with Dr. Schepp. We urgently took our sweet two year old cat in on Monday and he was the only vet available. He did not take vitals, listen to his heart, or anything.
