I have been extremely satisfied with the care I received from this facility. My Akita has had severe skin issues since moving to this state. All the other vets I've seen chalked it up to fleas and refused to look into his condition further. Dr. Taylor took her time during the examination, listened to all the different things I've tried, then we discussed different options, based on budget, moving forward. I am happy to say that he is doing great! I finally have my happy puppy back.
I enjoy taking all four of our pets to see Dr. Taylor. Dr. Taylor and everyone on the staff are always friendly and wonderful. I can tell that they all really enjoy working with animals. They always take time to answer all of my questions. I feel that the doctor and staff are very understanding and honest. I feel absolutely great about referring people to their office.
My husband took our American Bulldog puppy in for a well puppy check and shots. The vet argued with him about how old our puppy was even though we know the date of birth and have a video of her being born. She refused to give her her shots even though she was due, because of the age dispute. She asked if we were going to spay her saying Bulldogs need c- sections. Dr. Taylor and her staff are absolutely amazing. She has always been very open and honest with us concerning our two older dogs, one has severe allergies and the other has cancer. I would recommend her for any pet concerns.
I am truly happy to have Dr. Taylor and her kind-hearted, animal-loving staff as our Vet!! I bring my two young kittens there regularly for shots and kitten care. They always remember my babies and have lots of love to lavish on them while we are there. From the moment we arrive, I feel welcomed and like they live what they do. Dr. Taylor doesn't ever seem rushed, but rather interested in the well-being of my pets and how they fit into our family. I truly appreciate each employee there.
