We’ve had a great experience at VCA Orchard. Dr. Kinneman has been incredibly helpful with our new puppy - patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, and we feel confident bringing her back soon for her spay. We also joined their CareClub: it’s on the pricier side, but the peace of mind and reliable access to qualified veterinarians make it worth it for our family. Friendly staff, professional care, and a team that truly looks out for our pets - highly recommend.
We followed Dr. Brownlee to this location, because she is the best! She always takes great care of our dog, and is very smart and knowledgeable. We've also gotten to see Dr. Kinneman, and feel that she is just as wonderful as Dr. Brownlee. All of the vet tech's are professional and calm, but Taylor especially was able to put our nervous pup at ease.
Love love this group ! They are so professional and outstanding with their care of my sweet spoiled goldens . When our boy had a small surgery , they let him hang out with the office manager while he came out of anesthesia. He loved the attention from the staff and the customers . They showed out skittish rescue around the clinic and gave her lots of treats so she could feel special the vet .
