Our family's experience at VCA was horrible and heartbreaking. After reading VCAs response to my daughter, Amanda. I left my phone number to call me to explain our experience, I also sent Terry Turck a very long email. After a week, I still have not received a response or a call.
Thank you all for being so great. You are amazing with animals and I've never met anyone there less than absolutely competent and capable. But you are also great with the pet parents, taking all my concerns seriously, being comforting, and tolerating my freak-outs and crying really sweetly. You guys are the best and I recommend you to everyone! <3
I have never met more caring people than those at VCA....especially Donna Interrante....she was the reason we went to VCA for our puppy, Stella. As the surgical coordinator, she gave me the confidence knowing that our Stella was going to be in great hands with Dr. Will for her spay....and so our story began. As we learned at 13 mo. old that our sweet Stella had epilepsy, the entire staff from the front desk, techs, to the doctors treated our Stella like she was their own. Wish I could give them a negative rating. All they want is money and misdiagnosed my dog which ended her life at 1yo. Some Drs were unbelievably rude. If you want your animal to live, don't bring them here. Especially if you don't have 5000 to put out.
The doctors (Dr. JJ) and staff are wonderful. They have taken such good care of all of my kitties and I cannot speak enough about them. Alicia, if you are on fb, friend me. Dr Keats, Dr Flemming and Staff are terrific! Enya is 6 days out of Knee surgery and doing great! They are all the best of the best! Hugs to all.
Saved my dog and her 5 pups lives, taught me how to bottle feed the pups, provided me with non stop care and advice. After days of struggling to get the pups to take the bottle they are finally eating!
