Great, caring doctors and Vet Assistants. Have helped us through vaccines, wellness checks and the worst of all things. No pushing for unnecessary test or procedures of limited value.
In my early 20s I was a surgical vet tech for a lot of the hospitals here in inland empire including this one, I worked with Dr. Allard. For many years I took my pets to Dr. Lee at West Highland Dog & Cat hospital because he was an amazing surgeon. But within the last year since I have come back to VCA Northside I am beyond thrilled to have as my pets veterinarian Dr. Paul no doctor in my opinion equates to this man and his impeccable “bedside manner”! even though we are all trying to stay safe they come out to the car to pick up your baby call you on your phone and talk to you about all the issues he has steps to take to get him back to health future steps that will benefit his on going health I love this place they are so good with the animals and they always take time to listen and calm the baby's mama also best place ever to take your fur baby
I went not having an appointment and they took me anyways and they were fast and so nice... thank you.
They were compassionate and honest. They were empathetic and you could tell that the love what they do. i have been goong to them for years. Their new location was neat and clean.
