Very unhappy with the treatment. Vet wouldn’t answer my simple questions on my cat showing signs of gingivitis in his mouth. She simply told me I wasn’t there for those kinda of questions and proceeded to charge me $330 for an X-ray, for he swallowed some foreign object. Thank god for the free first visit or I wouldn’t have been able to afford it. Very unhappy and will not be going back here ever again. Had me leaving so mad and in tears.

Very very unhappy with your cat euthanasia protocol tonight. Cat was taken from us and we could not be present while you clumsily attempted to place catheter (BOTH front legs were shaved-I did not check hind legs). Cat was brought back to us and had clearly suffered from multiple attempts to place catheter. I have NEVER had a cat euthanized this way before. Love them they are all so helpful and caring! I live 2 minutes from a vets office and still drive 25 minutes each direction out of the way to them.
