Great caring people Great customer service
Friendly, helpful, very skilled and experienced staff. They know their stuff. We utilized their services on New Years day 2019 for an emergency when our regular Vet was closed for the holiday. We highly recommend!
I have been happy with these vets for a couple of years. And I have some reservations about writing this because my dog Rokko visited there three times as an emergency this week. He suffered for five horrible days before being referred to Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Sorrento Valley. The new and correct diagnosis is pancreatitis. He is an inpatient there now and I am praying that now we are on the right course.

Fast and quick.. in and out
The staff is great here. I have been taking our dogs here for years. Took my dog in over the weekend in the middle of the night on Saturday. Everyone was very nice and helpful. If you live in North County San Diego, consider the VCA.
Both our dogs had suspected rattlesnake bites. The receptionist was very calm as was the entire staff. The dogs were treated immediately yet conservatively. We were given an estimate for the charges, understood the procedures, were told we could call any time but they would call only if there was a problem. This was very reassuring and we were able to leave for the night. All was well the next day, estimate was on the low end and both dogs were able to come home. Thank you VCA!
