I adopted a puppy from Love at First Sight which connects you to Murphy Road for their first year of vet visits. I've loved the paws plan and all of my visits with the staff at Murphy Road.Everyone has been friendly, kind, and very transparent about any costs. This will remain my vet for as long as I live in Nashville.
Handling dog moms cannot be easy. They are always so sweet and caring to my Maddie. They are the only place I'll bring her.
The doctors and staff are good but it's very expensive. I get the same thing done at my other vet for half the price and the doctors are just as good there too.
Brenda does an excellent job at the front desk; the best employee they have. The rest of front desk stands around in groups of 3 or 4 and talks about their personal issues...which as a customer....I prefer not to hear those details. Young employees: it doesnt take 3 people to do 1 task. They could use some training. I love the Doctors here and a loyal customer for 16yrs.
Fantastic place to bring your pets! They have always taken such great care of our dog, and you can tell they truly care about animals.
I love Murphy Road Animal Hospital so much! I take my dog Captain there and the entire staff treats him as if he's their pet and love on him! I've seen several veterinarians here but Dr. Frost is just so sweet to my Captain! The front end staff as well. They just treat Captain and I with such respect and make us feel so welcome! I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thanks guys!
