I was ten minutes late for my dog's yearly checkup and the desk person said I was too late and I'd have to reschedule. The place was empty. We're long time clients. I'm flabbergasted that this is the policy. I waited weeks for the appointment. And the vet did not even step out, but rather had the staff tell me and my dog to go home and reschedule. Not cool. Not acceptable.
