We had our first appointment today with our 2 very large dogs and could not have been happier. everyone was great, warm environment and explained everything to us. I appreciate that personal touch and didn't feel like I was being rushed. I think we have found our forever vet! So thankful.
Dr. Slowick is such a compassionate, invested, and knowledgeable veterinarian. She cared for our dog Bubba from the time we got him until he sadly passed away. We could not have asked for a better partner in our pup's care!
I recently saw Dr. Slowick to examine my cat. My cat was a bit older and has been sick. The compassion, professionalism and clinical knowledge that she displayed along with her very compassionate and helpful staff made a tough experience much easier and I thank them.
My yorkie Bimba has been a patient with them for almost 3 years, they are extremely friendly and very professional. My yorkie gets very stressfull but they find a way to calm her. Bimba’s groomer Sandy is excellent. I love the way she grooms Bimba. I also like the way they explain every procedure they are doing to my yorkie. I recommend them 100%.
Neglecting to mention my cat had kidney failure then getting defensive and rude when we're shocked and she claims she told us our last visit. She did NOT tell us about our cats kidney failure yet her "records" indicate she did... how does that make sense?
The staff and the Veterinarian are knowledgeable as friendly!
One of our dogs is extremely difficult when it comes to meeting new animals and it really makes vet visits a stress nightmare! Luckily, the staff at the VCA on Montgomery road were extremely accommodating, patient, and kind to my dogs which made the experience a lot less stressful than I was expecting! I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet clinic or are thinking about changing vets! The prices are reasonable, they are open about care options, and they seem to really care about the animals! 🐾
The staff was amazing and compassionate. Dr. Reidy was incredibly caring and gentle. We made the painful decision to let go of our 16 year old cat last week. The moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk kept a calming presence and did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. Dr. Reidy took time to explain what would happen and gave me time before and after with my girl to comfort and mourn her. I appreciate the measures they took to care for us in a very sad and difficult time
